Hi, I’m Abby.

I’m a wellness coach, a deeply feeling introvert, and a stay-at-home mom. I help sensitive Christian women navigate wellness, motherhood, faith, and life, and to become the best version of themselves.

I’ve always experienced life intensely, albeit from the outside, you probably wouldn’t know. I worked hard to maintain an image of high capability and functioning. For most of my life, I thought my sensitivity was a weakness due to the challenges it brought with it.

I’ve struggled with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, physical stress symptoms, and the constant feeling that I was somehow “too much” and “not enough” at the same time.

Later, after becoming disillusioned with the “grind” of corporate life, I found wellness coaching and became certified. For the first time, the traits I thought were liabilities became strengths.

My sensitivity made me more empathetic.
My deep thinking became new perspectives that others couldn’t yet see.
My lived experience became insight.

Then came motherhood. I honestly had no idea how it would stretch me in entirely new ways.

After leaving the workforce to become a stay-at-home mom of two, I’ve struggled with identity loss, nervous system overload, and emotional exhaustion that I believe so many sensitive mothers quietly carry.

And while I don’t have life, motherhood, or sensitivity perfectly figured out, here is what I do know:

  • You do not have to abandon yourself to love your family well

  • Your sensitivity can become a strength

  • God has a good plan for your life

  • Being well and whole is a process, and we are all en route

  • We are each responsible for our own lives, and that should be exciting, not daunting

Today, I help deeply feeling Christian moms care for their sensitive systems, rebuild identity, and become steadier in motherhood through compassionate coaching and support.
